Non-Invasive Method of Hemoglobin and Glucose Level Detection

  • Spearheaded a collaborative effort with a team of four to efficiently gather PPG signals and metadata using the advanced max30102 pulse oximeter sensor, resulting in accurate hemoglobin and glucose levels during the data collection phase.
  • Applied statistical analysis techniques to extract essential morphological features, contributing to comprehensive data interpretation.
  • Devised a highly effective KNN regressor model, enabling prediction of hemoglobin and glucose levels. Secured funding from KSCST for the project and showcased work at the IEEE conference.

Health Monitoring System using Raspberry Pi

  • Led a team of 4 to design a health monitoring system using Raspberry Pi and collected input data using the max30102 high-sensitivity pulse oximeter sensor.
  • Generated heart rate via peak-to-peak sampling and implemented a deep neural network model for blood pressure prediction using the MIMIC-3 dataset with 20.1115% loss.

Surveillance Robot using Raspberry Pi

  • Built a mobile robot using 2 DC motors, motor driver circuit, and Raspberry Pi 3B+ model.
  • Designed the robot to move forward, backward, and sideways while capturing live data from a Logitech camera mounted on the robot.
  • Programmed using OpenCV to navigate and capture live streaming simultaneously with time delay less than 1 second.

Multiclass Radiography Classification

  • Collaborated with 6 individuals to extract image features from 21,164 X-Ray images with an imbalanced dataset.
  • Programmed to classify X-Ray images into Covid, Lung Opacity, Normal, and Viral Pneumonia using ResNet, U-Net, CNN, and MobileNetV2 with accuracies of 70.13%, 93.30%, 95.42%, and 89.75%, respectively.
  • Published work at Emitter International Journal of Engineering Technology, June 2022.

Covid-19 Chest CT-Scan Classification

  • Collaborated with 6 peers to post-process and extract statistical information (mean, median) from 2,481 CT images to classify Covid or Non-Covid conditions.
  • Analyzed images by extracting Gray-Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) features and performed classification using SVM and Random Forest models achieving 91% and 94.5% accuracy, respectively.
